What Katie Did

I love my job as it means I get to share in the excitement as brides (and their grooms!) plan their wedding and it is lovely to see all the hard work come together as the 'big day' arrives.  I also get to work at gorgeous venues, including the very beautiful Tatton Park www.tattonpark.org.uk which is right on my doorstep.  Katie and Ross held their wedding at Tatton and I was lucky enough to be their florist of choice.

Katie and Ross married in the grand Entrance Hall and then used the Lord Edgerton Apartment for their intimate wedding breakfast and celebrations.  The Lord Edgerton Apartment is a self contained suite of rooms which overlook the stunning Italian Terrace and parkland.  The day was a very happy and relaxed affair with Katie arriving in a lovely cream open top Beetle, with her Dad by her side, she was just beaming with happiness.

Katie chose a handtied bouquet of Sweet Avalanche, Vandella and Old Dutch Roses with touches of Rosemary and Eucalyptus.

The venue was then dressed with cream vintage style candelabras decorated with flowers to match her bouquet.

The stunning fireplace was decorated with lots of Eucalyptus, veronica and some Sweet Avalanche Roses.

Finally the celebration was finished off with a Three tiered cake made of cheese which we decorated with greenery, roses grapes and berries.
